Bangladeshi people, mostly garment workers, ride an overloaded boat during a nationwide strike called by Islamic party Jamaat-e-Islami, on the outskirts of Dhaka. The strike has been called to demand the release of the party's detained president and to draw attention to other missing leaders, according to news reports.
